Anwendung:

Azacitidin ist ein innovatives anti -metabolisches und demethylierendes Medikament. Azacitidin ist ein Pyrimidin -Nukleosidanalogon von Cytidin, das seine Demethylierungseffekt durch die Hemmung von DNA/RNA -Methyltransferase ausübt. Es wird häufig bei der Behandlung von hämatologischen Tumoren eingesetzt.
